Horsetail plus® is a dietary supplement in capsules, supplementing the diet with bioactive horsetail ingredients and selected vitamins. Horsetail extract has a positive effect on the condition of nails and, like biotin, contributes to maintaining healthy skin and hair.
Nevertheless, the greatest role is played by the silica contained in horsetail, which has a high degree of solubility and absorption in the digestive tract.

How to use:
Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules daily with meals. Do not use with other silicone preparations.
