Orders are processed until 1:00 PM on business days, and our couriers are committed to delivering the package within the specified hours. However, while we strive to ensure quick and efficient delivery, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may delay the delivery of your package. We thank you for your understanding and patience in case of any delays.

The free delivery offer expires in case of the need to resend the package if it is not collected by the customer, if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, as well as for any other reason caused by the customer requiring the package to be resent.

We are not responsible for packages left in a 'Safe Place' at the customer's request.
