1. Data controller and definitions

User – a natural person entering the Online Shop’s website or using the services or functionalities described in this Policy.

Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a Consumer, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality who concludes a Distance Selling Agreement with the Seller.

Online Shop – the website operated by the Seller, available at https://taniekosmetyki.co.uk.

Newsletter – information, including marketing information, sent electronically by the Seller to the Customer/User; subscription is voluntary and requires consent.

Account – a set of data stored in the Online Shop’s system concerning the Customer/User and orders placed by the Customer/User, enabling purchases and contract conclusion.

UK GDPR – the General Data Protection Regulation as retained in UK law under the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Purposes, legal basis and period of the processing

In order to perform the Distance Selling Agreement, the Seller processes:

• personal data: name, surname, company details, correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account details and other data necessary for processing purchases.

The Account may be deleted at any time upon request. The Seller may suspend or terminate an Account in case of law infringement, breach of the Terms and Conditions or prolonged inactivity.
