Returns

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts from the day the goods are received by the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller – STELLAR PRO LTD, 112 High Street, TW3 1NA Hounslow Middlesex, e-mail: shop@taniekosmetyki.co.uk – of the decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement.

The refund includes all payments received from the Consumer, except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Shop.

Complaints

The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint concerning goods purchased in the Shop if the goods are defective, inconsistent with the contract, or have other legal defects.

Complaints can be submitted electronically to: shop@taniekosmetyki.co.uk or in writing to the Seller’s registered office.

The complaint should include contact details, a description of the defect, and a request regarding how the complaint should be handled (e.g., replacement, repair, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract).

The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days of its receipt.
