Prenatal UNO is a dietary supplement in capsules intended for women in the preparation phase for pregnancy and in the first months of its duration - during the first trimester (up to the 12th week). It contains important nutrients that play a key role during pregnancy, including choline, which supports proper closure of the neural tube, and ginger, which relieves the feeling of nausea and nausea.

The composition of Prenatal UNO has been carefully selected, providing recommended proportions of important nutrients that are beneficial for the course of pregnancy and the developing fetus. The product contains B vitamins (such as vitamin B6 and a ready-to-metabolize form of B12), vitamin D3, iodine and an active form of folate, which guarantees better absorption of folic acid.

The ingredients contained in Prenatal UNO have been precisely adapted to the needs of the body of a woman preparing for pregnancy and in the first trimester. The preparation is based on DNA Protection Formula®, a set of ingredients that protect the genetic material (DNA) of the embryo. Optimal proportions of ingredients support the proper development of the child.
Prenatal UNO, in addition to vitamins and minerals, also contains ginger and high-quality choline - VitaCholineTM.
The dietary supplement does not contain dyes and preservatives of synthetic origin.

• Ginger rhizome extract, standardized to gingerols, is a natural ingredient that relieves nausea and nausea in pregnant women, recognized as safe for use by the Polish Gynecological Society
• Choline participates in the reconstruction and protection of DNA against damage, closing the neural tube* and reducing homocysteine levels. All this has a positive effect on the child's development, mainly its central nervous system and structures responsible for memory
• The active form of folates combined with folic acid supports better absorption of folic acid in women with slower metabolism. Folic acid, by contributing to the maintenance of proper homocysteine metabolism, affects the development of the nervous system
• Iodine helps in the proper production of hormones and the functioning of the thyroid gland. Its appropriate amount in the pregnant woman's diet allows for the proper development of the child's nervous system and cognitive functions
• Vitamin D3 helps maintain healthy bones and teeth in your child and supports the proper functioning of the immune system. Scientific reports indicate that the appropriate concentration of vitamin D in a woman's blood serum when trying to conceive and early pregnancy may have a beneficial effect on the process of embryo implantation. The recommended daily dose of vitamin D3 for a pregnant woman is 2,000 IU.
• Vitamin B6 and Methyl B12 have a positive effect on the bioavailability of folic acid. Vitamin B6 and Methyl B12 together with folic acid contained in FolActiv® and choline support the proper metabolism of homocysteine, which affects the proper development of the child's nervous system. Recommended daily intake:

1 capsule a day, preferably after a meal, the capsule with a glass of water. In case of problems with swallowing in the early stages of pregnancy, the capsule can be opened and its contents poured out and consumed with a small amount of fluids.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage:

The dietary supplement should be stored out of the reach of small children, the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 ° C, protected from light and moisture.

Warnings:

The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet, do not take the dietary supplement if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, the preparation is intended for adults. Do not use other dietary supplements containing iron, vitamin D3, iodine or folate. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the result with a doctor or pharmacist.
