Festival Dress is a semi-transparent, silver hybrid varnish consisting of glitter particles. This is a product with a flash effect. If you are going to a wedding, hen party or any other celebration and need to prepare a unique nail design, choose the Festival Dress shade. It will perfectly match current trends, creating a manicure that cannot be ignored.

How to use:

• Give your nails the desired shape. Carefully push back the cuticles with a wooden stick or nail stick. Then file the nail surface with Neonail Buffer and remove the resulting dust with a brush.
• Degrease your nails with NeoNail remover.
• Add a UV/LED hard base coat as a primer and wait for it to cure under an LED LAMP or UV LAMP. (Do not wipe your nails with nail polish remover afterwards.)
• Apply NeoNail UV hybrid varnish in the selected color and wait until it hardens in LED or UV light. Don't wipe your nails afterwards. Repeat the process.
• Apply a UV/LED hard top coat for a very noticeable shine effect and wait for it to cure under LED or UV light. Then clean your nails with a nail cleaner.
• For additional care, use nail oil.
