- Dietary supplement in the form of a soft capsule with vitamin D3 of natural origin (Quali®-D) and highly absorbable vitamin K2 (K2VITAL®) dissolved in MCT oil from coconut.
Fat-soluble vitamins are essential for the optimal functioning of the body. Some of the most frequently supplemented compounds from this group include vitamin D and vitamin K. Together, they are responsible for, among other things, maintaining healthy bones.
- Vitamin K also contributes to proper blood clotting. Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is the most absorbable form of vitamin K2 with confirmed stability and activity. It participates in the regulation of calcium metabolism and - unlike K1 - is used not only by the liver to support blood clotting, but also by the bones and vascular system.
- Vitamin D helps maintain healthy teeth and muscles, supports the proper functioning of the immune system, takes part in the process of cell division, and also helps to properly use calcium and phosphorus in the body. Vitamin D - due to the fact that it is largely obtained through skin contact with natural sunlight - is commonly called the sun vitamin.
Vitamin D3 + K2 2000 IU + 100 µg combines natural vitamin D3 (Quali®-D) and highly bioavailable vitamin K2 (K2VITAL®). In turn, the MCT oil contained in the supplement is obtained only from oil produced from the fruit of the coconut palm Cocos nucifera.
The product is in the form of soft capsules that are easy to swallow. The recommended daily dose corresponds to one capsule, which we recommend taking in the morning, after a meal. It contains 2000 IU (50 µg) of vitamin D3 (1000% RWS) and 100 mg of vitamin K2 (133% RWS).

1 capsule, in the morning, after a meal. Swallow the capsule with water.
Note:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is intended only for healthy people over 75 years of age. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain good health, a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle should be used. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulant drugs containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
