Bee pollen, often called flower pollen, has a real wealth of beneficial properties. Honey pollen is easier to use than dried pollen because it does not need to be soaked in water. You can add it to smoothies, yogurt or oatmeal.

How to use:
Use should start with 1 teaspoon of pollen, increasing to 1 tablespoon per day. Pollen in honey can also be given to children - a maximum of 1 teaspoon per day.
It is worth eating for 2-3 months, e.g. in the autumn and spring seasons.
Attention:
Bee pollen may cause an allergic reaction in people who are allergic to pollen. It's best to try a small amount first and watch for any signs of an allergic reaction (e.g. itchy ears or throat).
