- Fiber for children is a powdered blend of fiber from oats, inulin and live cultures of probiotic bacteria. It has no taste or smell, so you can add it to water, drinks and liquid and semi-liquid dishes, eg. soups and yoghurts. The product is mild, does not cause irritation of the intestines, bloating and does not significantly increase its volume when mixed with liquids. It is irreplaceable in the diet of children suffering from constipation, including habitual constipation. It is also worth using it during antibiotic treatment.

Properties:
Food Fiber for children is a powdered, dehydrated mixture rich in fiber and containing live bacterial cultures.
- The used soluble fiber from oats (including valuable beta glucan) improves the speed of intestinal passage. It is very mild to the intestines, does not cause irritation or bloating. Despite its natural viscosity, fiber can only slightly increase in volume when mixed with water, making it easier to feed.
- Inulin is a natural fiber and prebiotic found in many vegetables, e.g. the root of the cicoria. It provides a breeding ground for beneficial strains of intestinal bacteria.
- Live bacterial cultures are part of the normal intestinal microflora. Contains 7 different strains, including Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium probiotic bacteria.
Destiny:
Fiber for children is intended for children over 12. month of age. Its reception is recommended in case of constipation and habitual constipation, as well as during antibiotic treatment.
How to use:
- Fiber for children can be given at any time of the day. It is advisable to give about 20 minutes before meals. Before administration, make sure that the powder is well mixed.
- During antibiotic treatment administered one hour before or 3 hours after taking the antibiotic.
- A measuring scoop (1 scoop = 5 g of powder) is included in the package.
- Children from the age of 12 months: 5 g (1 scoop) 1-2 times a day; Dissolve 1 scoop in 100 ml of liquid and give to the child.
- To replenish fluids, children from 12. 100 ml of water or fruit juice should be administered after taking the recommended single dose. Supplementing fluids is an essential part of dosage!
- Fiber for children can also be given in milk, vegetable soups, yoghurt, porridges in a volume not less than recommended. The fluid temperature should not exceed 37oC to preserve live bacterial cultures.
- At the recommended dosage, fiber for children can be administered daily. For chronic constipation, systematic administration of not less than 4-6 weeks is recommended.
Contraindications and precautions:
- The product is not intended for enteral use.
- It can not be used as the only source of food.
- It can not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
- The preparation should be stored in a dry place. Close the package tightly after each opening.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
