The preparation is an easily soluble powder, which is a well-thought-out combination of a solid portion of L-glutamine with the addition of other amino acids and a vitamin and mineral complex.

How to use:

1-2 portions daily - before breakfast, after training or before bed. Dissolve 1 portion (10 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
