The product is a comprehensive pre-workout blend of 14 active ingredients, including the patented form of beta-alanine - CarnoSyn® and the branded Palatinose™ formula. 3g of creatine per day increases physical performance in the case of successive short, repeated, intensive physical exercises.

The product contains 3 forms of creatine:

• Creatine hydrochloride - is an exceptionally stable, resistant to the acidic environment of the digestive tract and highly soluble form of creatine. This is one of the types of creatine in which it is combined with a hydrochloric acid molecule. It works similarly to other forms of creatine, providing the body with an energy substrate in the form of phosphocreatine.
• Creatine malate - In this form, creatine is combined with malic acid and is intended to increase the availability of creatine in the body.
• Creatine citrate - this form of creatine is combined with citric acid, which occurs naturally in citrus fruits. Citric acid can improve the solubility of creatine in water, which can make it easier to consume as a drink.

How to use:

Dissolve one serving of 17 g (3 scoops) in 200-250 ml of water. Consume before training. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
