- An easily soluble powder form that is a well-thought-out combination of a solid portion of L-glutamine with the addition of other amino acids and a vitamin and mineral complex.
L-glutamine is one of the basic endogenous amino acids and at the same time a fundamental component co-creating muscle tissue. The preparation is intended for physically active people, competitive athletes and recreational exercisers to supplement their diet with L-glutamine.

How to use:
1-2 servings a day - before breakfast, after training or before bed. Dissolve 1 serving (10 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
