Sea buckthorn fruit oil (Hippophae rhamnoides L), including carotenoids, cold pressed - dietary supplement.

Vitamin A (Carotenoids expressed as retinol equivalent-RE**): 15,000 µg (1875% RWS*) (180 mg carotenoids) / 352.5 µg (44% RWS*) (4.2 mg carotenoids)

RE** – retinol equivalent, 1 µg of RE corresponds to 1 µg of retinol, 6 µg of β-carotene and 12 µg of other forms of provitamin A (other forms of carotenoids)
RWS* – Reference intake for an average adult (8400 kJ / 2000 kcal)

How to use:

15 to 30 drops on a teaspoon of juice or honey, once a day. The maximum daily dose of 30 drops (2.5 ml) of sea buckthorn oil contains 4.2 mg of carotenoids, 0.69 g of palmitoleic acid and 0.34 g of oleic acid.
Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The preparation cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Shake before each use. Sediment of natural origin.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before consuming it.

Storage:

Store in a dry, cool and dark place, at a temperature of up to 20°C, out of the reach of small children. After opening, store in the refrigerator. Consume within 3 months of opening.
