How to use:
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day or otherwise after consultation with a doctor. The preparation is recommended for 2-3 months and, if necessary, again after a 1-2 month break.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
