How to use:

Dosage:

On training days, 1 portion 2 times a day - before a meal or training and after training;
On non-training days, 1 serving once a day - as a dietary supplement with a meal.

Dissolve 1 serving (13 g powder = 1½ scoops) in 150 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
