How to use:
Dosage:
1-2 servings a day - before a meal or training and after training or before going to bed. Dissolve 1 serving (10 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
