The product formula uses a solid portion of carbohydrates. The "carbohydrate" mixture is made up of maltodextrins and dextrose, which help provide additional energy. How to use:

Dosage:

1-3 servings daily between meals or approx. 1 hour before and after training. Dissolve 1 serving (100 g = 2 scoops) in 170 ml of water using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume immediately after preparation.
