How to use:
Recommended daily dose:
1 capsule once a day after a main meal, drinking plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Note:
It is not recommended to use the product during pregnancy, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in the case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Do not take together with other vitamin and mineral preparations. Store out of reach of small children.
Do not consume a daily amount equal to 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (-) or higher. Do not consume if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under the age of 18. Do not consume on an empty stomach.

Store in dry rooms, at room temperature, in tightly closed containers. Store out of reach of small children.
