How to use:

Dosage:

1 capsule of Vita-Plex Sport 40+ and 1 capsule of Chela-Min Sport 40+ once a day after a main meal, drinking plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
