Amino EAA contains all 8 exogenous amino acids, i.e. those that the human body cannot synthesize on its own. The EAA group includes, among others, important exercise amino acids that build muscle proteins, BCAA. Unfortunately, BCAA supplementation alone will not provide the supply of all exogenous amino acids, hence EAA supplementation is also necessary. Providing EAA in the diet or supplementation is necessary in order to maintain full absorption of protein from food and to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, which is a basic condition for muscle anabolism.

The formula has been enriched with citrulline and taurine. Citrulline contained in Amino EAA is necessary for the body to produce nitric oxide (NO) and is an important link in the urea cycle, important in the removal of unnecessary metabolic products from the body. Taurine is a mandatory substrate for the proper functioning of the liver (production of bile acids). Taurine also enriches the complex of Amino EAA ingredients with a stimulating effect, in which we can find: caffeine, green coffee extract, green tea. How to use:

Dissolve a single serving of the preparation - 10 g (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Use 2 servings daily.

• On training days, 1 serving 30 min. before training, 2 serving immediately after training.
• On non-training days, 1 serving between meals.
