How to use:

Dissolve a single serving of the preparation - 5 g (1 scoop) in 250 ml of water or juice. Use 1 serving per day.

• On training days, 1 serving 30 min. before training or 1 serving immediately after training.
• On non-training days, 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before going to bed.
