How to use:

Dosage:

Dissolve a single serving of the product - 75 g (2.5 scoops) in 250 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 2 servings daily.

On training days: 1st serving 1.5 hours before training, 2nd serving up to 0.5 hour after training.

On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
