Basic gainer-type carbohydrate-protein supplement designed for intensively training athletes who aim to gain body mass.

How to use:

Dissolve a single serving of the preparation - 100 g (3.5 scoops) in 250 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 4 servings a day.

• On training days, the 1st serving in the morning after waking up, the 2nd serving up to 1.5 hours after training, the remaining servings between meals.
• On non-training days, the 1st serving in the morning after waking up, the remaining servings between meals.

Note:

The recommended daily portion is 400 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
