Chela-Mag B6® cramp contains a highly-absorbable form of magnesium - in the form of amino acid chelate by Albion® (magnesium bisglycinate) and a highly-absorbable form of potassium (potassium citrate), which have a positive effect on the proper functioning of muscles which, along with vitamin B6, support the proper functioning of the nervous system.
