The composition of the tablet is an optimally balanced set of vitamins and minerals (including vitamin D, vitamin C, iron, iodine and folic acid). The capsule contains two types of omega-3 fatty acids (docosahexaenoic acid, or DHA, and eicosapentaenoic acid, or EPA), which supplement the daily diet of women in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy and breastfeeding women.
A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for health.
How to use:
Adults: 1 tablet and 1 capsule daily with a meal with water. It is recommended to be taken during the second and third trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
