How to use:
Run the super-precise tip of the liner along your lash line from the inner corner of the eye to the outside. Drag the line further and slightly up to visually enlarge and open your eyes. Shake the eyeliner gently several times before use. Close the pen tightly after use to prevent it from drying out.
