- Do you dream, like us, of the smell of sunny summer and endless energy? We have a way to do it - wonderful flower pollen straight from Apiaries.
Bees collect only good things from nature in the sweat of their antennae. Bee pollen (flower pollen) is a unique wealth of power in the form of aromatic, light grains. We carefully collect them, throw them into jars and let's start the magical ritual that gives energy to nature!
- bee pollen (flower) in the form of grains and power balls
- the color of pollen may vary depending on the time and from which flowers it is collected by bees - it ranges from light yellow to dark brown, but there may also be grains in purple, black, red and blue
- a real superfood straight from our bees
- the taste of undissolved pollen may be slightly tart and dry
- energy from nature in a gentle form
Each grain of bee pollen contains a wealth of floral goodness. Add bee pollen:
- for drinks and smoothies - when dissolved, it releases the most superpowers
- as a topping for oatmeal, millet or yogurt with fruit
- for salads and fresh vegetables
- for cold desserts
- for pancakes spread with your favorite cheese
How to use:
The pollen collected by bees is full of nutritional value, perfect for your daily diet. To begin with, to become familiar with its natural power, 1 teaspoon of bee pollen a day is enough. Gradually you can increase the amount to 1 tablespoon. We recommend pouring the pollen into about half a glass of lukewarm water and leaving it for a few hours, preferably overnight. In the morning, we can add our favorite honey and enjoy a nutritious drink.
Bzzz... remember to mix well, because the bee pollen may settle at the bottom of the cup, and we want to use all the bee goodness!
If you are wondering whether you can grind it beforehand, we explain that pollen collected from flowers does not lose its properties and does not reduce the absorption of beneficial ingredients.
We recommend giving bee pollen to children after the age of 3, although some suggest starting from the age of 1. Due to the power of flower pollen, it is a strong allergen, so we recommend that you safely start your bee adventure with pollen after the age of 3. Then 1 or 2 pollen balls are enough to make sure there are no allergic reactions - if not, gradually increase the portion of bee pollen!
