How to use:
1-3 servings daily between meals or approx. 1 hour before and after training. 1 portion (100 g = 2 scoops) should be dissolved in 170 ml of water, using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
