Ingredients
Per sachet (2 sachets): vitamin B6 2.5 mg (5 mg), vitamin B12 2.8 µg (5.6 µg), choline 100 mg (200 mg), barley malt extract 4.8 g (9.6 g), barley beta-glucan min. 300 mg (600 mg), lemon balm extract 80 mg (160 mg), folic acid/folates 200 µg (400 µg). Femaltiker formula (barley malt extract 62.4%, beta-glucan, lemon balm extract), cereal coffee 14.3%, flaxseed powder, coffee flavouring, choline bitartrate, cream-and-vanilla flavouring, steviol glycosides, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, methylcobalamin, calcium L-methylfolate
Directions
Take 1–2 sachets daily with a meal, 30–60 minutes before breastfeeding or expressing milk. Dissolve a sachet in about 150ml of milk, a plant-based drink or water; it may also be mixed with yoghurt. Start from the second day after delivery if milk supply has not increased and use for at least 12 days. A doctor or lactation consultant may recommend a different schedule.
Warnings
Do not use if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Contains gluten.
