If you forget one dose of Femibion Planning Pregnancy coated tablets, here's what is typically recommended:

Try to take the missed dose as soon as you remember if it's been less than 12 hours since your usual intake time. If possible, take it at the appropriate time.

If more than 12 hours have passed since your regular intake time, do not take the missed dose. Continue taking the tablets as scheduled and disregard the missed dose.

Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose, as this is not recommended and does not increase the effectiveness of the supplement.
