BasicLab Acid Peeling Unclogging Pores with 15% AHA, 2% BHA for Problematic Skin 30ml

Acid peeling that unblocks pores is a year-round exfoliating product for skin prone to blackheads (open and closed).

Effectively improves the skin tone and structure, removing dead epidermis cells and stimulating its renewal. Unblocks and cleanses the openings of the sebaceous glands (so-called pores), effectively reducing their visibility.

• 15% AHA (almond and glycolic acid) exfoliates dead skin cells, gradually smoothing the complexion and reducing blackheads. It stimulates skin renewal, improves its firmness and evens out its color. Glycolic acid has the smallest particle of all AHA acids, so it penetrates the deepest and stimulates the skin most strongly, helping to reduce discolorations, fine wrinkles and scars, as well as improving the structure and tone of the skin. Mandelic acid is an excellent choice for oily and acne-prone skin because it normalizes sebum production and has antibacterial properties, inhibiting the development of, among others, C. acnes responsible for the formation of pimples and papules.
• 2% BHA (salicylic acid) in gradual release technology penetrates deep into the "pores", cleansing them from the inside. It regulates sebum secretion and gently exfoliates dead cells, thus smoothing and accelerating the regeneration of the epidermis. The molecular combination of salicylic acid and acacia polysaccharides we use slowly releases BHA after applying the product to the skin, which results in high effectiveness with a minimized risk of irritation.
• Glutathione and resveratrol with strong antioxidant properties reduce the tendency to develop post-inflammatory discolorations.
• The exfoliating tripeptide acts on cell connections in the stratum corneum and supports its proper, even exfoliation. Thanks to this, it smoothes the epidermis and accelerates its regeneration. It gives the skin radiance, supports the reduction of blackheads and minimizes the visibility of dry skin.
• Allantoin soothes irritations, reduces burning and accelerates skin regeneration.

How to use:

Apply to cleansed face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Leave for about 10 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Use in the evening, 1-2 times a week. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin.

A slight burning sensation of the skin during the first applications is a normal symptom and results from the low pH of the peeling (below 3). You can also use the peeling on the body skin, avoiding the mucous membranes, e.g. on the back, neckline or arms affected by acne or discoloration.

Warnings:

• You can use the peeling all year round, but avoid direct exposure to the sun, protect your skin with a filter and reapply it every 2-3 hours during the day.
• Before use, perform an allergy test on the elbow bend. To do this, apply a little of the product to clean and dry skin in the crook of your elbow, wash it off after 10 minutes and observe it for the next 24 hours. If an undesirable skin reaction occurs, the product should be discontinued.
• If severe irritation occurs, stop using the product.
• Peeling should not be combined with retinol serum in one care routine (i.e. at the same time of day), nor should it be used in conjunction with oral isotretinoin treatment. People undergoing local or general dermatological treatment may use peeling only after consulting their doctor.
• When using peeling, we recommend introducing products that care for the hydrolipid barrier.
• There are no contraindications to the use of the product by pregnant or breastfeeding women, however, due to the increased tendency of the skin to become hypersensitive and discolored during this period, we recommend using a more delicate exfoliating product, e.g. a regenerating acid peel.
• Do not use in children under 3 years of age.
