The first cereal products can be introduced into the infant's diet after the 4th month of life. Experts recommend giving children aged 1-3 years 5 portions of various cereal products a day. A method of preparing:
Always follow proper preparation instructions. Before you start preparing a meal for your child, wash your hands thoroughly and make sure the utensils you will use are clean.
Boil water and measure 160 ml, pour into a bowl and cool to a temperature of approximately 50°C.
Slowly add 40 g of porridge (5 tablespoons).
Mix until a uniform consistency is obtained. Wait a while until the porridge thickens.
Check the temperature of your meal. Give the ready porridge to your child or let him try eating it himself with a spoon.
Do not re-feed leftovers.
