How to use:

Dosage:

1-4 servings daily - with breakfast, with dinner, after training and approx. 1 hour before bedtime. Dissolve 1 portion (50 g = 1½ scoops) in 100 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.

To adjust the intensity of the taste to individual preferences, dissolve in 100-200 ml of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
