How to use:

Dosage:

Dissolve a single serving of the product - 30 g (2 scoops) - in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings a day.

On training days, the 1st serving in the morning after waking up, the 2nd serving up to 1.5 hours after training and the 3rd serving before going to bed.
On non-training days, portion I in the morning after waking up, portion II between meals and portion III before going to bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
