Etja Natural Bergamot Essential Oil 10ml

Natural bergamot oil is obtained from the fruit of the bergamot tree.

• It is an excellent antiseptic and is widely used in the treatment of all infections
• It has a soothing effect on nervous tension, stress, emotions, states of depression and melancholia
• It can be helpful in "recovering" from mental or physical illness
• It limits the activity of the herpes virus, causing the so-called Cold
• Its scent stimulates the mind to work, refreshes and brightens the mind

Like all citrus oils, it is photosensitive and should not be used when sunbathing or when skin is exposed to UV rays.

How to use:

• inhalation - add 3-5 drops to warm water and inhale the vapors
• additive to base oils and vegetable butters
• air aromatization - aroma burner, diffuser, spray atomizer
• sauna - dry, wet, steam
• massage
• bath

It goes well with the following oils: cypress, juniper, lavender, lemon balm, orange, sandalwood, ylang ylang.

Contraindications:

Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on skin exposed to UV rays. For external use.

Store in a tightly closed dark glass bottle at room temperature, out of the reach of children.
