Innovum® silica is a dietary supplement in capsules containing a composition of herbal extracts - horsetail and common nettle, sulfur amino acids (L-methionine, cystine), as well as collagen hydrolysates, supplemented with a set of vitamins (including vitamins A, C, E, riboflavin, biotin and niacin) and minerals (zinc and copper).

How to use:
Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules a day with a meal.
